Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice & Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit, diced
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • This combination of Minute® Ready To Serve Brown Rice & Quinoa, yogurt, fresh fruit and chopped walnuts makes meal planning easy. Make a few at a time, save them in individual jars, and pop them in the fridge for breakfast or for a healthy snack any time of day.

    Heat rice and quinoa according to package directions.

    For a creamier breakfast cup, stir in 2 ounces of almond or soy milk.
