    Recipe Tips

For a creamier breakfast cup, stir in two ounces of almond or soy milk.

For a more tropical taste, add a bit of coconut milk and substitute pineapple and shredded coconut for the diced fresh fruit.

Take advantage of seasonal produce by using diced peaches in this recipe. Add them in with a bit of salt and raspberries for the ultimate mix of salty, sweet and tart.
