Prepare Minute® Instant White Rice according to package directions and reserve.
Combine banana, oat milk, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Combine banana mixture with rice, mix until blended. For serving, garnish pudding with a dusting of cinnamon and slices of banana if desired. Great served warm or chilled.
