  • Prepare rice according to package directions, Adding crushed bouillon cubes to water.

  • Heat oil in medium skillet over medium Heat. Sauté onion 2 minutes, then Add garlic and cumin, if desired. Sauté 30 more seconds. Remove from Heat and fold in Cooked rice, lime juice and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
