Step 1
Prepare the rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Whisk together marmalade, orange juice and water in a medium saucepan over low heat.
Step 3
Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer until blended and reduced by about half. It should be like syrup.
Step 4
Add chicken, orange slices and peas and stir to combine. Cook until heated through.
Step 5
Serve over rice. Sprinkle with slivered almonds, if using.
