Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Minute® White Rice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 3 tbsp sliced almonds

Instructions

  • This easy, delicious and versatile Citrus Rice dish is perfect to pair with your favorite chicken, fish, shrimp or tofu dish, and is ready in just 10 minutes!

    Step 1

  • Combine rice, broth, orange juice and soy sauce in a medium, microwave-safe bowl; cover.

    Step 2

  • Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.

    Step 3

  • Fluff rice with fork; sprinkle with green onions and almonds.
