  • Heat rice according to package directions

  • Place peppers in a microwave-safe dish and microwave on HIGH 1 minute

  • In medium bowl combine rice, vegetables and marinara sauce

  • Stuff rice mixture into pepper halves

  • Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, if desired. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes


Recipe Tips

Substitute 1/2 cup of the vegetables with 1/2 cup cooked ground beef, chicken or shrimp
