Ingredients

  • 2 Minute® Long Grain & Wild Rice Cups
  • 4 ½-inch boneless pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup apple cinnamon sauce

Instructions

  • Step 1

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Drizzle olive oil on top of each pork chop. Then season pork chops with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. 

    Step 2

  • Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes or until internal temperature is 145F.

    Step 3

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 4

  • Place pork chop on top of the rice and divide the sauce between the two plates.

    If you have 1 inch pork chops, use two and cook at the same temperature for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 145F.
