  • 1 Minute® Long Grain & Wild Rice Cup
  • 2 pita pockets
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup tomato, diced
  • 6 falafels, cooked
  • 2 tbsp tzatziki
  • 3 tbsp feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped


  • Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions. Heat the pitas slightly in a toaster.

    Step 2

  • Place the ingredients in the pita pockets in the following order and divide evenly: spinach, rice, cucumber, tomato, falafel.
