Ingredients

  • 1 Minute® Multi-Grain Medley Rice Cup
  • 1 pouch or can (3 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 3 tbsp Thai-style dressing or peanut sauce, divided
  • 1 cup shredded Napa cabbage
  • 1 tbsp torn fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • Prepare your own crunchy, Thai-inspired salad with our hearty rice and grain blend, Napa cabbage, tuna and your choice of peanut sauce or Thai dressing. Don’t forget to garnish it with fresh cilantro and extra peanuts for the ultimate blend of flavors and textures.

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Toss together rice, tuna and 2 tablespoons of dressing in a small bowl.

    Step 3

  • Toss cabbage with remaining dressing in a separate bowl and transfer to a plate. Spoon rice mixture over top of cabbage.

    Step 4

  • Garnish salad with cilantro and peanuts.

    Recipe Tip

    Substitute pre-shredded coleslaw or broccoli slaw mix for Napa cabbage, if desired.
