Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Multi-Grain Medley
  • 1 pouch or can (3 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 3 Tbsp Thai-style dressing or peanut sauce, divided
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp peanuts, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, torn

Instructions

  • Step 1

  • Microwave grain-medley according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Toss together rice, tuna and 2 Tbsp dressing.

    Step 3

  • Toss cabbage with remaining dressing; transfer to plate. Spoon rice mixture over top.

    Step 4

  • Garnish with peanuts and cilantro.

    Ingredient Substitutions

    Substitute prepared pre-shredded coleslaw or broccoli slaw mix for Napa cabbage if desired.
