Ingredients

  • 1 bag Minute® Rice & Quinoa
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with Mexican spices
  • 1 can (14 oz) chili style beans
  • 1 tbsp dry chili seasoning mix
  • shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
