Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tbsp butter, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

    Step 1

  • Prepare white rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Toss together chicken, peas and butter in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH heat for 60 to 90 seconds or until chicken and peas are heated through.

    Step 3

  • Stir in rice, Parmesan and pepper.
