Curry Suggestions

Green curry has a mild taste as it is made with green chilies rather than hotter red chilies which are used for red curry paste. If you’re looking for a spicier soup, feel free to sub in red curry paste here or try this spicier Creamy Thai Soup! If you can only find ground curry, simply sub in 1 tbsp of ground curry for the curry paste. Just be sure to combine it well with the liquid so that there are no clumps of powder left in the final dish.
