Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 sheet of nori, sliced into strips

Instructions

  • This Asian Fried Egg dish is irresistible! With a fried egg atop fragrant jasmine rice, a drizzle of soy sauce and sprinkle of crisp nori, it’s simply delicious!  

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Add oil to a small skillet set over medium high heat. Fry egg for 3 minutes, until the whites are set.

    Step 3

  • Serve egg over rice.

    Step 4

  • Top with soy sauce and garnish with nori.
