Instructions

  • This Southwest Style Chicken Bowl is a quick, delicious meal, perfect for a busy weeknight. Our Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice Family Bowl is ready in 2 minutes. Pile on all of your favorite ingredients and you’ve got dinner ready in just 5 minutes!

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Place rice in the bottom of a large serving bowl.

    Step 3

  • Arrange chicken, avocado, beans and corn on top of rice for each bowl. Garnish with Cheddar cheese and green onions. Serve with salsa and sour cream, if using.

  • If you don’t have any ripe, fresh avocados on hand, simply garnish this dish with your favorite, store-bought fresh or frozen guacamole.
