Ingredients

  • 2 cups Minute® Ready to Serve Brown & Wild Rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) chopped spinach, drained
  • 1 cup diced, cooked turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

    Step 1

  • Stir together rice, soup, spinach and turkey in a medium, microwave-safe dish.

    Step 2

  • Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, until heated through.

  • Remove dish from microwave and top with cheese.

  • Microwave for 2 more minutes, until cheese has melted.
