  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Chicken Flavored Rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup frozen peas
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • 2 tbsp Italian vinaigrette

    Step 1

  • Prepare chicken rice as per package directions.

    Step 2

  • Meanwhile, toss together chicken, peas, tomato sauce, olives and Italian vinaigrette in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH heat for 60 to 90 seconds or until heated through.

  • Combine chicken mixture with rice in a bowl.
