Heat rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over high heat. Add pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, 3-4 minutes.
Add onion, chilies, and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in Thai basil, fish sauce and oyster sauce.
Serve pork mixture over rice, topped with fried egg, if using.
