Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
  • 1/3 cup 2% milk
  • 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Step 1

  • In a microwave-safe cup, stir together jasmine rice, milk, Cheddar, cream cheese and garlic in the cup.

    Step 2

  • Microwave on HIGH, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until rice is heated through, and cheese is melted and saucy.

    Recipe Tip

    For extra-cheesy rice, stir in 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.
