Prepared right in a cup, this creamy rice version of mac and cheese is made with milk, Cheddar and cream cheese. Pop in the microwave and enjoy.
Step 1
In a microwave-safe cup, stir together jasmine rice, milk, Cheddar, cream cheese and garlic in the cup.
Step 2
Microwave on HIGH, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until rice is heated through, and cheese is melted and saucy.
For extra-cheesy rice, stir in 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.
