  • 2 cups Minute® White Rice
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 lb (4 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
