Fish Sauce Facts

If you’ve never added fish sauce to a recipe, it’s time to try! Although it does technically get its flavor from fish, it adds a burst of umami flavor that’s anything but fishy. In this recipe, when combined with salty soy sauce and the sweetness of brown sugar, it gives the pork a balanced taste that you’ll crave again and again.
