Tom Kha Gai Soup

This Thai hot and sour chicken soup is made with traditional Thai ingredients like coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice and pea pods. This version swaps out rice noodles for Minute® Ready to Serve Multi-Grain Medley, giving your dish whole grains, healthy flax and chia seeds as well as an extra hit of protein. The heat in this dish comes from the Sriracha sauce drizzled over the top. Feel free to omit the sauce to tone down the spice.

Thanks to Minute® Microwavable Ready to Serve Rice cups, this seemingly-complex recipe can be put together in just 5 minutes! Take your taste buds on an adventure and try a new recipe, even when you’re tackling a busy schedule.

New Ingredients

If you’ve never cooked with coconut milk, it’s a delicious, dairy-free, creamy addition to any recipe. The canned variety is best and can be found in the international section of your local grocery store. Don’t be wary about using fish sauce. It’s very common in Thai cuisine thanks to the depth of savory flavor it adds to dishes. Keep it in your fridge and add it in to your next Thai-inspired dish.
