Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Cilantro Lime Rice
  • 1/2 cup pre-shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup pre-shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup cooked shelled edamame
  • 1/4 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  • Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Top with cabbage, carrots, edamame and chicken.

    Step 3

  • Drizzle with Thai chili sauce.

    As a variation, substitute store-bought cooked shrimp for chicken.
