Shrimp Fried Rice

A quick and easy stir-fry, this Shrimp and Fried Rice makes a great main dish. For a meatless option add extra vegetables instead of shrimp.

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add ham, mushrooms, peas and onions; Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

  • Add shrimp; Cook and stir 4 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.

  • Stir in rice, soy sauce and egg. Cook until egg is set, stirring occasionally.


Recipe Tips

For a meatless version, substitute extra chopped vegetables and/or cubed tofu in place of the ham and shrimp.
