  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz) shredded, cooked chicken
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 3/4 tsp taco seasoning
  • 2 small flour or corn tortillas, warmed
  • 2 tbsp shredded Cheddar cheese


  • Try these tacos for a quick and easy, Mexican-inspired meal at home. These tacos make for a delicious, warming bite after a long day.

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Combine chicken, salsa, and seasoning in a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, until heated through.

  • Stir rice into chicken mixture and mix well.

  • Fill tortillas with rice mixture. Top with cheese.
