Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice & Quinoa
  • 1 cup power blend coleslaw mix (Brussels sprouts, Napa cabbage, kohlrabi, broccoli, carrots and kale)
  • 1 pouch (2.5 oz) salmon
  • 1/4 cup sesame ginger salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped dry roasted peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Take lunchtime back with this incredibly easy and delicious Sesame Ginger Salmon Salad loaded with power foods, like quinoa, brown rice and salmon to fuel you through your day.

  • Heat rice and quinoa according to package directions.
