Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice and Quinoa
  • 1 cup power blend coleslaw mix (Brussels sprouts, Napa cabbage, kohlrabi, broccoli, carrots and kale)
  • 1/2 pouch (5 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup sesame ginger salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp chopped, fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped dry roasted peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Take lunchtime back with this incredibly easy and delicious Sesame Ginger Salmon Salad loaded with power foods like quinoa and brown rice plus salmon to fuel you through your day.

  • Heat quinoa and rice according to package directions.
