Quick chicken dish bursting with citrus and sweet licorice flavors.
For a burst of citrus, enjoy our flavorful Basmati with shredded chicken, fennel and orange.
Heat the rice according to package instructions.
Heat the tablespoon of oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add fennel and cook for 5 minutes.
Add chicken, juice from 1/2 of the orange, and salt to pan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Place chicken and fennel on top of the rice in a medium bowl.
Slice remaining half of the orange and use as a garnish, along with fennel greens.
