    Recipe Tips

Cooking with  Balsamic Vinegar

A popular ingredient in Italian cuisine, balsamic has a slightly sweet and tangy flavor that can be used in many dishes, marinades, dressings, and more! Mix it with olive oil, salt, and cracked black pepper for a delicious dipping sauce for bread, or a great dressing for a salad. The tanginess makes it a great pair for fruits, adding a savory element to desserts and sweet dishes

Using Caramel in Desserts

Caramel is a sweet treat that can add something fun to your frappuccinos, pancakes, or Salted Caramel Rice Pudding Ice Cream Pie. Simply drizzle it over your ice cream, make it into a dipping sauce for snacks like apples, or bake it into your cookies and brownies.

Can I make my Own Caramel?

Yes! Caramel is very easy to make. Simply heat up sugar until it melts, and wait until it has a nice amber color. To give it a smoother texture, you can add ingredients like cream, butter or vanilla! It is super easy to make your own, but you can also find it in squeeze bottles at your local grocery store if you need to save time.

Cooking with Cinnamon

A spice with a warm and spicy flavor, cinnamon is an aromatic addition to many dishes- savory or sweet! You can find it in powdered form or in whole sticks which can be ground, or used whole in ciders and stews.
