The most important steps to this recipe include preheating the oven and getting together your mise en place. In French, this stands for “everything in its place” and means that you should have everything measured out and ready to go before you start your recipe. With a plan and the right ingredients, this recipe is as easy as pie.

With shredded coconut, our Minute® Instant White Rice and sweetened condensed milk, these clusters are heavenly mouthfuls of creamy coconut bliss. The addition of lemon zest, pineapple chunks and vanilla extract adds a delightful aroma and extra layers of flavor.

With a hefty dose of semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe is also for the chocoholics out there. If you can, try to save some chocolate chips for your next dessert — Peanut Butter and Honey Rice.

If you want to discover some savory rice dishes, we recommend you start with our Microwave Egg Fried Rice. If you are looking for a vegetarian option, try our Rice-Stuffed Eggplant. Parmesan.
