Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice
  • 1 vanilla-flavored pudding cup
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • It doesn’t get any simpler than this Easy Rice Pudding. Using just four ingredients, it’s ready in minutes! Warm the white rice cup and combine with your favorite type of pudding and toppings. Then, simply sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

  • Combine rice, pudding and raisins together in a small bowl. Blend well.

  • Sprinkle with cinnamon, if using.
