Recipe Idea

With 4 simple ingredients (including our Brown Rice Cups) and little effort, you can enjoy a classic comfort food recipe: Basil Rice and Tomato Soup. Combine rice with pasta sauce and heavy cream, let simmer and top with fresh basil leaves. Top with shredded cheese and serve with bread and olive tapenade. For a lighter version, swap in coconut milk instead of heavy cream.
