Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice and Red Quinoa
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • ¼ cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Instructions

  • Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • In a medium microwave safe bowl combine kale and soy sauce.  Cover and microwave 1 minute.

    Step 3

  • Add rice and egg and mix well to combine.  Cover and microwave 30 seconds.  Stir and serve.

    Tip

    Drizzle with sesame oil.  Add cooked shrimp.
