Step 1
Heat rice according to package directions.
Step 2
In a medium microwave safe bowl combine kale and soy sauce. Cover and microwave 1 minute.
Step 3
Add rice and egg and mix well to combine. Cover and microwave 30 seconds. Stir and serve.
Drizzle with sesame oil. Add cooked shrimp.
