Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown & Wild Rice
  • 1/4 cup cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 tbsp prepared balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
