Heat rice according to package directions.
Combine rice, edamame, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, vinegar and ginger in a small bowl. Stir to mix well.
Combine remaining sesame oil, fish, furikake and green onion in another small bowl.
Serve seasoned fish on top of rice mixture.
If you’re not a fan of smoked salmon, substitute it with tuna or tofu in this recipe.
