What is Furikake?

Furikake is a dry Japanese seasoning used in a variety of dishes. It’s often sprinkled on top of rice, cooked fish, vegetables and more. It’s generally made from a mixture of dried and ground fish, sesame seeds, chopped seaweed, sugar and salt.
