  • For Topping:
  • 1 Minute® Organic Quinoa Cup
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • ½ cup butter, cut into small cubes
  • For Filling:
  • 3 cups fresh mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Nonstick spray


  • For a sweet taste of comfort, try this Quinoa Berry Crumble. Packed with fresh or frozen berries—each as delicious as the other—and topped with a crispy quinoa crust, it’s a dessert that truly delights. 

    Step 1

  • Preheat oven to 375F.

    Step 2

  • In a medium bowl, using your hands combine all ingredients for the topping.

    Step 3

  • In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients for the filling.

    Step 4

  • In a medium baking dish, add filling and top with quinoa crumble.

    Step 5

  • Cook for 45 minutes. Once finished baking allow to cool completely.

    Recipe Tip

    Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

    Frozen mixed berries can be substituted for the fresh berries if needed and add 15 minutes to cooking time.
