  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Basmati Rice
  • 1/2 cup canned crab, drained
  • 2 tbsp celery, chopped or sliced
  • 2 tbsp red onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp ranch dressing, divided
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes


  • On a hot summer day, nothing beats a Summer Crab Roll Rice Bowl: it’s packed with refreshing veggies, creamy ranch, and fragrant Basmati Rice.

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • In small bowl, toss together crab, celery, red onion, 2 tbsp ranch dressing and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

    Step 3

  • Transfer rice to shallow bowl. Serve with crab mixture, cucumber and tomatoes.

    Recipe Tips

    Substitute canned crab with cooked shrimp or imitation crab.

    Season crab mixture with 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning or Cajun seasoning, if desired.

    Garnish with scallions, if desired.
