  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 cup (8 oz) cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
