  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups Minute® White Rice
  • 1/2 cup canned French-fried onions


  • With the perfect combination of creamy goodness and crunchy topping, this delicious Green Bean, Chicken and Rice Dinner is sure to be a hit that the family will ask you to prepare time and time again!

    Step 1

  • Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through (165°F). Remove chicken from skillet and cover to keep warm.

    Step 2

  • Add beans, milk, soup, paprika and pepper to skillet. Stir and bring to a boil.

    Step 3

  • Stir in rice. Top with chicken; cover. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, or until rice is tender. Sprinkle with French-fried onions.

    Recipe Tips
    For even faster preparation when you’re really short on time, substitute 12 ounces of cooked, diced chicken for the chicken breasts.
