Ingredients

  • 1 Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice Family Bowl
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup diced carrot
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  • This recipe is a simple fix for feeding the whole family — with time to spare! Sautéed carrots, celery and onions are mixed with white rice, soy sauce, ham and eggs for the perfect fast fried rice.

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Heat oil in in a large wok or skillet over medium heat. Add carrots, celery and onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

    Step 3

  • Stir in rice, ham and soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes, or until heated through.

    Step 4

  • Pour in eggs and cook, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes, or until eggs are done. Serve with additional soy sauce, if desired.
