Ingredients

  • 2 cups Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 large egg, beaten

Instructions

  • This recipe makes quick work of feeding the whole family! Sautéed carrots, celery and onions are mixed with white rice, soy sauce, ham and eggs for a deliciously simple fried rice.

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Heat oil in in a medium wok or skillet over medium heat. Add carrots, celery and green onion, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

    Step 3

  • Stir in rice, ham and soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry until heated through.

    Step 4

  • Pour in egg and cook, stirring constantly, until egg is done. Serve with additional soy sauce, if desired.
