  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
  • 1 cup medium cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp of pad thai sauce
  • 1 lime wedge


  • Let Minute® Jasmine Rice help you take on a takeout favorite; this Pad Thai takes less than 10 minutes! Quick and easy, this flavorful dish is an ideal weeknight dinner.

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Add 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil to a pan on medium-high heat. Add the shrimp in and sauté for 1 minute. Add onion and carrots, cook for an additional 2 minutes

    Step 3

  • Add rice and sauce. Stir until heated through.

    Step 4

  • Serve with a squeeze of lime on top

    Recipe Tip

    For a more authentic version, add a scrambled egg near the end of cooking. Top with bean sprouts, and crushed peanuts.
