Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice & Wild Rice
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 cup store-bought BBQ pulled pork
  • 1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • In microwave-safe bowl, toss together tomatoes and pulled pork; microwave on High for 60 to 90 seconds or until heated through.

    Step 3

  • Stir in rice. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
