Get that smoky BBQ flavor you crave, in minutes! Our Spicy Pulled Pork Brown Rice is a hearty mix of whole grain Minute® Ready to Serve Brown & Wild Rice and saucy pork with a hint of spice.
Heat rice according to package directions.
In a small, microwave-safe bowl, toss together tomatoes and pork. Microwave on HIGH for 60-90 seconds or until heated through.
Stir in rice. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
Store leftover drained diced tomato and green chilies in an airtight container in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Use in soups or cocktails.
