Instructions

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • In a small, microwave-safe bowl, toss together tomatoes and pork. Microwave on HIGH for 60-90 seconds or until heated through.

    Step 3

  • Stir in rice. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.

    Recipe Tip

    Store leftover drained diced tomato and green chilies in an airtight container in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Use in soups or cocktails.
