Heat rice according to package directions.
Combine chicken and salsa in a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Stir in cheese and rice.
Divide mixture between tortillas. Serve with cilantro and sour cream, if using.
