  • Heat rice and beans according to package directions

  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl combine rice and beans, broth, vegetables, garlic powder and cumin, if desired

  • Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes

  • Remove from microwave and stir in lime juice

  • Serve topped with cilantro, cheese and tortilla chips
