Ready in just 5 minutes, this tasty multi-grain rice bowl is topped with broccoli, Cheddar, Alfredo sauce and fresh parsley. Simply heat, combine, and enjoy!
Step 1
Heat rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Toss together broccoli, Cheddar, sauce and 1 tablespoon of water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, venting to allow some air to escape. Microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes, or until broccoli is tender and cheese is melted.
Step 3
Serve broccoli mixture over rice, sprinkled with parsley.
