Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Brown & Wild Rice Cups
  • 1 pouch (2.5 oz) pink salmon
  • 1/3 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 4 butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • fresh chives (optional)

Instructions

  • With hearty Minute® Brown & Wild Rice Cups, spicy salmon, fresh vegetables and a delicious dipping sauce, this easy recipe makes a satisfying main course.

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Place rice, salmon, bean sprouts, celery, and cucumber in lettuce leaves.

    Step 3

  • In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, Sriracha and honey. Garnish lettuce cups with chives, if using. Serve lettuce cups immediately with sauce, for dipping.

    Recipe Tip

    To pack ahead and serve cold: Allow rice to cool to room temperature after cooking. Assemble ingredients according to directions above. Place lettuce wraps in an airtight container and sauce in a separate container. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
