Step 1
In a saucepan set over medium-high heat, combine cream, water, 5 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Step 2
Stir in rice. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook, stirring frequently, for 5-6 minutes, or until rice is very tender and liquid is slightly thickened.
Step 3
Divide among 4 or 6 serving cups. Let stand for 15-20 minutes, or until thickened.
Step 4
Combine remaining sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle sugar mixture over rice pudding. Drizzle each serving with chocolate sauce.

If you prefer to serve the rice pudding cold, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until chilled.
