Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Multi-Grain Medley
  • 1/2 cup frozen southwest mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz) diced, cooked chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp chopped red onion
  • sour cream (optional)
  • diced avocado (optional)
