Ingredients

  • 2 cups Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice & Quinoa
  • 1 cup (8 oz) cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

    Step 1

  • Heat quinoa and rice according to package directions.

  • Combine shrimp, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, water and garlic powder in a medium, microwave-safe bowl.
