Step 1
Heat rice according to package directions.
Step 2
In a small bowl, toss together crab, celery, red onion, ranch dressing and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer rice to shallow bowl. Serve with crab mixture, tomatoes and cucumber
Substitute canned crab with cooked shrimp or imitation crab.
