Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool completely.

Meanwhile, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and sugar; set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok set over high heat. Add turkey, carrots and half the green onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until the turkey starts to brown and the carrots begin to soften.

Stir in rice, edamame and corn. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until well combined. Stir in soy sauce mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes, until rice is heated through and veggies are tender.
Step 5
Garnish with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
