Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool completely.
Step 2
Place rice in a large bowl. Add fruit cocktail, pineapple and marshmallows and stir to combine.
Step 3
Gently stir in whipped topping.

Serve immediately or chill in the fridge and serve cold.
